The education and programming solution connecting fitness to the fastest-growing sport in America.

Pickleball Movement Training (PMT) equips trainers and facilities with the tools, systems, and education to bring fitness into the game of pickleball — helping their players perform better and stay injury-free, while creating new, reliable revenue streams.

The Fitness World Is Missing the Fastest-Growing Opportunity in Sports.

Pickleball isn’t a trend — it’s a movement.
But most players lack proper off-court training, most trainers struggle to stand out, and most facilities are capped by court space.

The result?
Players get injured, trainers lose clients, and facilities leave money on the table.

We built PMT to change that — connecting all three pieces into one system that works together.

One System. Three Wins.

About The Creators— Lindsey & Anthony Passamonte

With over 30 years of combined experience as sports performance coaches, we’ve dedicated our careers to helping people move better, perform stronger, and stay injury-free. Early in our journey with pickleball, we immediately saw a gap: while players were sharpening their skills, they lacked the foundational movement training their bodies needed to keep up. The result? A growing number of injuries that could—and should—be prevented.

That’s why we created this course, built on our TRAX Method philosophy—a 360° approach to movement and functional training for the adult population. Our mission is to teach movement first, so players can enjoy performance and longevity in their sport and their life.

In our courses, we teach science-backed functional movement strategies tailored for pickleball, while also showing coaches and trainers how to truly connect with the active adult population.

Pickleball is at the forefront of a major shift in the fitness industry, where educating people on how to move is just as important as teaching the game itself. By focusing on movement first, we can decrease injuries, keep adults independent, and ensure they continue doing what they love—for life.
